Install & Uninstall

1. Install file can't be executed.
Solutions:  
Download the install file again. Due to the poor network or some virus, the install file may be corrupt. If you download again but still find the file corrupt, report the problem to us.  

2. How to uninstall AGB5?
Solution:  
At first, you should not run Antiy Ghostbusters and its monitor. You can use the uninstall program, which is in the start menu:  
Start/program/AntiyLabs/Antiy Ghostbusters 5.0/ Uninstall Antiy Ghostbusters 5.0  
And then restart your PC; Antiy Ghostbusters will be uninstalled successfully.  

Usage

 
1. Can't kill virus using trial version.
Solution:  
The trial version of Antiy Ghostbusters can't remove the virus. So register the product, and then the registered version can eliminate the virus automatically. It's more convenient.  

2. How to deal with the virus that AGB can't detect or remove?

Solution:  
If you have updated the database to the latest one, AGB still can't remove the virus. Then maybe our database didn't have the sample of the virus. You can use misc / suspicious file submit, to submit the infected file to us.  
We will update the database and solve your problems as soon as possible!  

3. Why did my computer is blue screen when run AGB?
Solution:  
Please don't run any other anti-virus software or monitor when running Antiy Ghostbusters. They will conflict with each other and harm your PC.  

4. How do I clean out a compressed file with a Trojan in it manually?
Solution:  
According the scan result, you can find the compressed file. Right click it, and open. Then you can see all the files in the compressed file. Find out the infected file to remove the Trojan.  

5. Why can't start AGuard?
Solution:  
Maybe there is other anti-virus software or monitor in your system, which conflicts with AGuard. Did you install other anti-virus software? If so, you should close it or AGuard.  

6. How to not run the monitor when starting system?
Solution:  
Double click AGurd icon in the tray, select Setting> sys monitor > options, turn off auto start, the Monitor will not run when starting system.  

7. How can I know if my Antiy Ghostbusters is the newest version?
Solution:  
You can see the version information in the misc/ About, and visit our product page to check it:  
http://www.antiy.net/ghostbusters/index.htm  

8. My IE homepage has been modified, how to restore it?
Solution:  
Use the Sys Tools/ IE-Reg Fix, you can restore the settings to default or set your homepage.

1. Is it free to update database?
Solution:  
Update database is free for both trial and registered version.  

2. Can't update the database!
Solution:  
Such problem may be caused by instable network, or something is wrong with the update.  
Make sure the Internet connection is all right and then try again. If it still won't work, please contact our technical support. We will solve the problem as soon as possible.
