IMPORTANT: Please read the following agreement carefully. THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (EITHER AN INDIVIDUAL OR AN ENTITY) AND Antiy Labs. This Agreement is that of Antiy Ghostbusters 5 (AGB5 for short) including AGB5 program and all other related materials including printed material (e.g. User Manuals), Online and off-line Electronic Data (Software).
By installing, copying, redistributing and/or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms. If you do not agree to or do not understand the terms of this Agreement, you may not use this Software.
Antiy Labs Software License Agreement
This Software is owned by Antiy Labs, and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions governing intellectual property.
Title and related rights in content accessed through the Software are the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable law. This License gives you no rights to such content.
Pre-release Versions of Software are governed by the same terms and restrictions as officially released Versions.
The Software is in "use" on a computer when it is loaded into temporary memory (e.g. RAM) or installed into permanent memory (e.g. hard disk, CD-ROM, or any other storage device) of that computer. However, installation on a network server for the sole purpose of internal distribution shall not constitute "use".
Terms and Conditions
Antiy Labs hereby grants to you a license to use the Software, subject to the following terms and conditions. Your use of the Software will constitute your acceptance of such terms and conditions.
This Agreement grants use of the Software only, and does not constitute an instrument of sale. You are hereby granted a single-user license to use the Software for your personal use only. You may not sell, loan, rent, lease, or transfer your interest in the Software.
You may either (a) make copies of the Software solely for backup or archival purposes, or (b) transfer the Software to storage devices, provided you keep the original solely for backup, archival or redistribution purposes. You may copy the written materials accompanying the Software. Antiy Labs permits you to redistribute the Software to third parties. Any subsequent use will be governed by these same terms and conditions. Before redistributing a copy of the Software, you also must agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as stated herein, as evidenced by your use or redistribution. You may not charge any money for the redistribution except for the actual cost of the media and methods of your redistribution.
You may not erase or modify any copyright indication on the Software component, nor reverse engineer, re-compile, or re-assemble the Software, or modify the original form of the Software, its individual files or any related components thereof in any manner whatsoever.
Registration codes are issued by Antiy Labs to you. Registration codes may not be sold transferred, loaned, rented, leased, shared by two or more people, or publicized to third parties.
Support Services
Antiy Labs may have registered users support services (Support Services), via any media or through any means chosen by Antiy Labs. Policies on Support Services are subject to change without notice. Your Registration Code is issued pursuant to the Software License Agreement, and is bound by the terms and conditions pertaining to registration codes as enumerated herein. Unless otherwise requested in writing, Antiy Labs may use your information, comments, and suggestions for various purposes including enhancement of Support Services, Software Development, and marketing efforts.
Disclaimer
The Software is provided on an "AS IS" basis. Antiy Labs makes no warranty or representation, either expressed or implied, with respect to the Software or its contents, quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, or that the operation of the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. In no event will Antiy Labs be liable to you or any other party for direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software or its contents even if advised of the possibility of such damage. Antiy Labs and/or its suppliers assume no liability under any circumstances for any damages and losses including, without limitation, commercial damages, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is borne by you. The exclusion of implied warranties is not permitted by some states. Therefore, the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights; there may be other rights that you may have that vary from state to state.
Jurisdiction
Use or acceptance of the Software indicates your agreement to comply with all laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and/or other applicable jurisdictions, as such laws and regulations may apply to the Software.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of any dispute involving this agreement, the parties to this agreement consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in courts in China. No decision, action or inaction by the Antiy Labs and/or its suppliers shall be construed to be a waiver of any rights or remedies available to it.
Shareware Registration
This Software program is distributed as shareware. Copyright laws apply to shareware, and the copyright owner retains all rights. If you try a shareware program and continue using it, you are expected to register it.
Policy on Registration is subject to change without notice.
Termination
Antiy Labs may, at its discretion, terminate this Agreement for failure to comply with all the terms herein. Upon notification of termination, you must destroy all copies and related components of the Software and Documentation.
