If you want to allow some port, protocol, and block other instances, the settings is as followed:

eg1: Allow 80 port, and block any other port communications.

1. Set the rule to open 80 port:

If users want to block some port, protocol, and allow other instances, the settings is as followed:

eg2: Block 135 port, and allow any other port communications.
